- A unique non-rotating annular piston locking actuator is designed to eliminate air leaks sometimes found with rotating seals.
- The annular piston is also designed to eliminate the oil blow back in the air exhaust line.
- The large piston area gives maximum hold-in force to reduce the possibility of jumping out of lock.
- Locking ring gives full 6mm positive engagement with side gear, again reducing the possibility of jumping out of lock.
- Gears have been redesigned for maximum strength and durability.
- The lock ring is made from high spec 300m steel to provide ultimate strength and ability to withstand shock loads.
- Locking actuator cage made from steel to withstand shock loading caused by power locking.
- Locker body turned from billet 817M40T (EN24T) to give optimum strength.
- Only change necessary to fit the locker is drill and tap the diff housing bsp for the air feed fitting.
- No changes to the axle case.
- Requires on board air supply - not supplied.
